Rescheduling a class
Life happens — reschedule any class free of charge up to 6 hours before it starts, just by messaging us on WhatsApp. Inside 6 hours, the class is charged, because by then your teacher has prepared and reserved that hour exclusively for your child.
Unused prepaid classes — never lost, always yours
We don't offer cash refunds on prepaid classes — instead, we promise something better: your classes are never lost. Any unused class stays in your account as class credit, valid for 6 months, usable for any subject, any teacher, and even transferable to a sibling. Why this way? Because when you book, we don't just pencil you in — we commit a vetted teacher's time and turn away other bookings for those slots. The credit system keeps that commitment real on both sides: your money always becomes learning.
Exam crash-course seats
Crash-course groups are small and deliberately so — each course is planned around exactly who's in the room. That's why seats are non-refundable once booked. But until the course begins, your seat is fully transferable: pass it to a sibling, a classmate, or a friend at no charge, just tell us on WhatsApp. Once the course has started, seats can no longer be transferred or refunded — the group, pacing and materials are locked around the enrolled students from the first session.
The demo
The 30-minute demo class is always free — no card, no commitment, no conditions. That's the whole point of it.
