What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: parent name, WhatsApp number, email address, your child's school year, exam board, subject, the topic they are stuck on, and preferred class times.
Why we collect it
To schedule your free demo, match the right teacher, send progress reports after classes, and send the free guide if you asked for it. Nothing else.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We share them only with the teacher assigned to your child, and only what that teacher needs to teach the class.
How we contact you
We use WhatsApp and email to arrange classes and send reports. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time and we will.
Access and deletion
Email info@teachrelays.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We action requests within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
Form submissions are sent over encrypted connections to our Teachrelays mailbox, and we keep them only as long as we need them for your classes.
